Paediatric Nurse Leadership Role

About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized care plans, effectively managing the multidisciplinary team, and providing ongoing monitoring and support to clients. Your expertise will be valued as you work closely with a core team of carers, developing their clinical skills and activities.
Benefits: This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), 2 days working from home, 3 days in the community, Monday to Friday hours, 33 days holiday, private pension scheme, company mobile phone and laptop, business travel expenses, and an excellent learning and development programme. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, develop your leadership skills, and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN. You should also have a supportive management style, up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators, advanced communication skills, and suitable experience for Band 5 or Band 6 Nurses.
