Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Adult Education and Training Professional to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and assessing learner performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Assessing and Training Qualification, experience teaching adults, and a car or access to suitable transport. An enhanced DBS check is necessary for this role.
As a Trainer and Assessor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You will work closely with our training team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and generous pension benefits. You will also have opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
