About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Fire Risk Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our fire safety services team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments and developing fire strategies for high-rise residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Tier 1-4 fire risk assessments for high-rise buildings.
  • Develop and review fire management systems.
  • Perform fire compartmentation surveys and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver fire safety services.

Requirements:

  • Recognised fire safety qualifications and memberships (e.g. GIFireE, MIFireE, MIFSM).
  • Tier 3 IFSM registration or equivalent certifications (FRACS, IFE fire risk assessor).
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations (Approved Document B and relevant standards).

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus reimbursement for hotel costs incurred during essential overnight stays.
