About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Fire Safety Consultant to join our team at CV-Library. As a Fire Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering fire safety services for complex buildings in London and the South East.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Fire Safety Consultant and extensive experience in fire risk assessments, developing fire strategies, and creating fire management plans.

You will also have deep knowledge of UK building regulations, including Approved Document B and relevant fire safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for high-rise residential and commercial properties.
  2. Develop fire strategies and create building safety management systems.
  3. Perform fire compartmentation surveys and provide recommendations.
  4. Support clients with fire safety management, audits, and advice.
  5. Contribute to fire safety plans and act as a fire safety expert for internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
  1. Significant experience as a Fire Safety Consultant.
  2. Extensive experience in fire risk assessments, ideally up to Tier 3 and 4, developing fire strategies, and creating fire management plans.
  3. Deep knowledge of UK building regulations, including Approved Document B and relevant fire safety standards.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
