**Job Summary:**

Remote Early Years Training Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Early Years professional to join our team as a trainer. This is a remote role, with regular travel across the region to support and train apprentices in early years settings.

About the Trainer Job
  • Deliver expert training to apprentices, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop future talent by connecting with new apprentices, assessing their goals and learning needs, and providing ongoing support.
  • Provide guidance on English and maths in the context of their role.
Your Requirements
  • Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager experience is essential.
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is required.
  • You should be comfortable using technology for virtual training and administrative tasks.
  • Be willing to work towards Level 2 English and maths, with support available.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
