**Your Role as an Early Years Trainer**:
As an Early Years Trainer, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and get to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face in their nurseries.
Working 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, a typical week will involve 2-3 days of travelling to see your apprentices. With the rest working from home; meeting apprentices online and completing administration.
**What You'll Do**:
- Work with Early Years apprentices in their nurseries and online.
- Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of early years professionals.
- Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
- Support your apprentices with their functional skills. Explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
- Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices’ skills.
- Develop relationships with employers in your area.
**About You**
We’re looking for passionate early years professionals, looking to share their knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the industry. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:
- Demonstrable experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar)
- A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
- Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
- A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
