GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a vastly successful manufacturing company in Quedgeley. We are supporting their recruitment for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.

This position is full time, working Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm offering a salary of up to £35,000 which is demonstrable with relevant experience.

As Project Coordinator, you will be able to confidently organise resources, time and people in order to successfully complete project for clients. You must be familiar with coordinating schedules, estimating, and predicting budgets and drafting project reports.

We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate previous experience in a similar project led role within a **construction or builders environment**, in order to confidently deal with individuals involved in this industry, who can work well under pressure and be confident to administer an entire project through to completion.

Project Coordinator main duties:

- Outline business project objectives clearly
- Take part in project meetings and propose adjustments and
- Set and authorise budgets that are in line with project.
- Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding assigned orders.
- Aid with the creation of Project Plans for communication and control throughout Project.
- Ensure timely Order Status reporting.
- Maintain Project registers and files.
- Communicating with the sales teams to prioritise workload based on estimate deadlines

Project Coordinator desired skills and experience.
- Previous experience in a project related role construction or building/manufacturing
- Knowledge of computer project management software and hardware
- Ability to understand project requirements
- High levels of numeracy and literacy
- Good verbal and written communication
- Must have the ability to think on their feet and solve problems using own initiative.
- Ability to take ownership of a problem
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales in order to administer an entire project
