Events and Communications Co-ordinator

LOCATION:

THE BUSINESS:

C4S Search are currently working with a partner who are a leading manufacturer in the healthcare industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY:


You will be responsible for providing a critical level of support to the Marketing and Sales team across a wide range of tasks.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source, produce and plan engaging copy to ensure all areas of the company's content, such as: news, blog and social media channels are up to date, relevant ensuring the appropriate tone of voice
  • Write engaging, impactful SEO friendly content across all formats in improve the company's reach
  • Copywriting, including but not limited to social media posts, PR articles, event descriptions and press releases
  • Contribute to team brainstorms and idea generation for content, brand initiatives and campaigns
  • Maintain and update relevant marketing documentation and databases
  • Draft pre and post exhibition mailings with the support of the sales team to produce invitations and generate leads
  • Work alongside the sale and marketing team on agreed promotions, liaise with the agency and the internal client to product successful creative
  • Write briefs for designers

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

  • Proven experience of working on social media and PR campaigns from conception to finish
  • Experience of managing both internal and external events
  • Experience writing engaging content in long and short form
  • Social Media channel management and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Strong account and project management
