CS Vehicle Solutions is a growing leader within the automotive industry and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our ever-growing team.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be in direct contact with our customers providing great customer service, before, during and after purchasing a vehicle from us, whilst also working directly with our Director on invoicing/ filing and personal assistant responsibilities.
**Requirements**:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills (preferably has a previous role within the finance and automotive industry).
- Must be comfortable speaking with customers via the telephone and in person.
- Great experience on computers.
- Must have experience with filing and invoicing.
- Must have exceptional communication skills.
- Must be highly organised and be able to track a diary.
- Confident in learning new systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for reaching out to customers before, during and after their sale to ensure the best form of customer service. But also be responsible for dealing with good and bad feedback with help from the Director.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and leaving messages for customers regarding their vehicles.
- Responsible for administrative support functions including filing, typing, scanning, copying, faxing, mail correspondence, etc.
- Manage the Director's diary and take on daily tasks for them.
- Any other administrative tasks.
- Any other personal assistant tasks.
