Administrator/accounts Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Working in a small office environment the role is varied and consists of a wide range of roles including but not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Dealing with the post
- Dealing with stationery orders
- Processing purchase invoices on the in house system
- Processing weekly payroll reports on the in house system
- Proof reading and checking quotations
- Dealing with Health and Safety records
- Dealing with vehicle records
- Booking travel and hotels
- Many other ad hoc office duties
We require the following:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C
Extensive experience of using Microsoft Office Packages, Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
An excellent telephone manner
That you are able to manage your own workload
That you are able to work both on your own and as part of a team and that you have good decision making skills
Please note it would be preferred that applicants have at least 12 months experience of working in an office based environment
Any Sage experience would be an advantage
Salary is from £12.75 per hour however this is negotiable depending on experience
This is a part time flexible role or full time roll. A minimum of 25.5 hours per week, however days/hours to be discussed
Please note that there is great potential to grow and the potential to be trained in accountancy skills

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 25.5 - 42.5 per week
