Job Title: Office Administrator and Support
**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
- Key point of contact for our external sales agents, to provide support through ways such as producing customer pricelists. Assist with point of sales items through creation of customers own labels with our designers and embroidery.
- General office administration duties
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
**Experience**:
- Experience in a bedding manufacturer would be beneficial
- Some basic design ability would be very useful
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
