Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.

Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into customer trends and order processing efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and customer service enhancements.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support roles is desired but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
