We are looking to recruit a Merchandising Admin Assistant here at UK Greetings. This role is fast paced and involves liaising with various people across our business every day.

We have over 1,800 field-based merchandisers across the UK & Ireland carrying out various service activities in our customer stores each week.

Working as part of the Merchandising Support team this role is responsible for ensuring all merchandising administration tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Working with a large field based team, you will be a key contact for the Merchandising Managers and will ensure our information and payroll processing system is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Key duties of the role include:

- Processing new starters and leavers
- Updating merchandiser details including changes to accounts visited
- Updating call schedule frequencies
- Liaising with Managers and Customer Account teams to ensure all territory information and postcode databases are kept up to date
- Actioning accreditation requirements
- Raising invoices and purchase requisitions
- Supporting the Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator with sifting and advertising of vacancies
- Supporting Managers to ensure merchandisers complete any necessary admin tasks i.e onboarding, online training
- Dealing with general queries, phone calls and posting requirements

You must have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Strong administrative experience is essential for this role along with good computer literacy, following internal processes and the ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Did we mention that we offer hybrid working too? Our hybrid working policy allows you to work at home and at our office in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. However, this role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office with some flexibility when required.
