This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £23,000 - £26,000, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.**:
**General Overview**:
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the lettering, booking, and scheduling of domestic property survey appointments and works required for the Retrofit Survey Team and the Retrofit Delivery Team. This is an important role as it will often be the first point of contact for property residents.
You will be one of the first points of contact for our internal/external customers and suppliers, representing EQUANS, and will be ensuring that the information is correct and ready to manage. Working alongside our Survey and Operational delivery teams you will be aiding all stakeholders needs through to completion. You will be responsible for the proactive/reactive co-ordination of all requirements and, ensuring surveys and works are accurately arranged.
**What will you deliver?**:
- Booking a range of Retrofit works and technical assessments (energy assessments, retrofit assessments, thermal imaging surveys, air tightness tests etc.) with domestic residents
- Reporting of booking progress appointments to the team leaders, line manager and client (project-dependent)
- Creating mail merges from spreadsheets and letter templates
- Ensuring letters are printed and sent out to meet deadlines
- Respond positively and manage efficiently all stakeholders/customers’ needs/support via all methods of communications and monitor /manage any requirements
- Monitor progress on all job types, communicating with customers/stakeholders where required to follow the order through to practical completion
- Ensure effectiveness, productivity, and overall efficiency in our service through operational performance
- Communicate effectively with customers both internal/external to ensure policies, procedures and expectations are being adhered to and met, highlighting any potential risks within operational, systems or process to key management
- Undertake other administrative tasks as directed by the Team Leader/ Managers
- Any other reasonable management request.

**Who are we looking for?**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to competently operate MS Word & Excel
- Good communicator at all levels
- Proven excellent customer service experience
- Basic understanding of construction activities in social housing and occupied homes
- Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence and access to a car would be advantagous.
