**What you’ll be doing as a Customer Advisor**

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver a great experience to every customer you speak with. As we’re proud to support the communities we serve, we’ll need you to live in the Thames Water region**. **You’ll know if you do as you’ll be a Thames Water customer with your water bill coming from us.

**Our working hours are 36 hours a week and our available shift pattern are**:

- 5-Day Week - working on a Rotational shift pattern between 8 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday & working 1 Saturday in 4 - 8 am - 6 pm

We’re holding assessment centres for our Customer Advisor** **role, and it's a great opportunity to visit our office in** **Swindon** **and meet some of the team.

**The start date for the role is Monday 4th March 2024**

**What you should bring to the role**
- A strong passion for customer service - if you have worked within a contact centre previously, that’s great but also if you're used to supporting customers either face-to-face or over the telephone, you’ve got the potential to become an exceptional** **Customer Advisor
- Active listening skills
- The ability to hold difficult conversations and demonstrate resilience and strength
- Passion and a great team player
- A good level of computer literacy, and problem-solving skills
