**Job role**: Customer Service Advisor

**Location**: Swindon

**Pay**: up to £24,000 per annum

**Hours**: Mon to Fri 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 rotating shift. (30 minutes lunch) - 40.0 hours per week.

**Contract Type**: Permanent

Our client, The UK’s Largest Garden Machinery and Equipment Wholesale Distributor have the opportunity for you. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their supportive and growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling customer complaints in a cost effective and quick manner.
- Case management, the ability to use their CRM system.
- Dealing with daily credit requests from trade customers.
- General administrative duties as requested.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Providing information about new and existing products and services.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your own workload.
- Patient and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent administrative and telephone skills.
- Windows base software is required, particularly excel.
