Information Support Officer

WE HAVE 1 X 18 MONTH FIXED-TERM/SECONDMENT CONTRACT DUE TO FUNDING.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Support Officer to take a key role in supporting the Information Standards team with the Information Standards Assurance Process.
This post could lead to an opportunity to progress from a Band 3 to a Band 4 position. The post is at 30 hours over a 5 day working week which requires the post holder to monitor the mailbox and calendar of the department manager.
Provide high quality administrative support to the Information Standards team based in Digital Health Care Wales (DHCW) and secretariat support for the Welsh Information Standards Board (WISB) and Welsh Information Development Group.
Monitor and support the All Wales Data Standards helpline service.
Responsible for ensuring the Information Standards Assurance Process website and Data Standards Internet and Intranet sites contains timely, relevant information and is of a professional standard.
Support the business function of the team ensuring deadlines for reports and papers are delivered within agreed timescales.
This role would suit someone who has experience or knowledge of health informatics and is looking to develop their career further in this field.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
