The post holder will provide day to day support to Programme Leads, Principle Project Managers and Project Managers.

The Project Officer will support the project team by the following:

- Set up and maintain project files
- Administer project meetings
- Work with the project manager in the production of the required products within agreed tolerances
- Responsible for the production of specified deliverables in a work package by undertaking specific activities such as creation of spreadsheets, reporting writing etc
- Carry out gap analysis activities
- Be the initial point of contact for all correspondence for the project
- Keep records and project correspondence

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with the project board and providing necessary administrative support
- Liaising with the project manager, providing assistance and administrative support when required
- Writing up minutes, actions and reporting where necessary
- Support finance and updating on financial invoices etc
- Organise project meetings, events, hotels etc
- Develop and maintain information systems to accurately store and analyse project data
- Set up and maintain appropriate logs
- Drafting highlight reports
- Design and deliver routine presentations
- Facilitate regional meetings / workshops / design teams
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors
