**About The Role**
It is an exciting time to join Wren Kitchens We currently have 100+ showrooms and over 6000 employees across the business and we're expanding This business growth means that we need to expand the HR Team.You will work with HR colleagues within the Retail division to ensure the provision of a high quality and consistent HR service.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality written and verbal guidance on the end-to-end performance capability process, in line with internal policy and HR best practice
- In cooperation with showroom management, arrange informal / formal capability meetings and administrate the end-to-end performance capability process including: drafting PIPs, Record of Conversations, meeting invitations, manager meeting guidance and support the drafting of formal outcome letters
- Participate ininformal /formal capabilitymeetingsas HR support, including notetaking - travel may be required to various Company sites in order to attend such meetings in person
- Ensure management compliance with capability process timescales, training and support requirements, and that review meetings are regularly held
- Recommend suitable training from our suite of in-house training courses including classroom, webinar and e-Learning training to line managers for underperforming employees and liaise with the training team to arrange sessions for employees undergoing the capability process
- Maintain weekly / monthly trackers and log new performance concerns as they arise and implement any necessary actions following this - keep logs up to date with the latestcase updates / progress
- Participate in regular milestone / retail performance meetings with the Retail Operations team to review showroom and individual under performance and implement any required actions working in partnership with showroom management teams
- Administrate / track / manage the appraisal process that is delivered within our internally developed Retail Reviews software-including: chasing outstanding reviews, guiding managers on how to carry out appraisal discussions and supporting managers in escalating to the formal performance capability process, as appropriate
- Contribute towards the continuous development and improvement of our Retail Reviews software -including rolling out any updates / communications to showroom management teams
- Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of KPIs for the Kitchen Designer and Information Advisor roles, as well as internal systems such as “Year-On-Year” and “My Metrics"
- Any other reasonable request required by your line manager

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**
**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including MS Office and Adobe
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Good knowledge of capability processes
- Previous experience in a role that involved the management of / reporting on KPIs is desirable but not essential
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent work experience, in a similar HR role is desirable but not essential
- Full UK Driving licence required
