**The role/team**

**Responsibilities**:

- _Drive buzz, excitement and engagement with/on Lush amongst influencers and creators - for launches, events, pop-up activations, collaborations and always on comms._
- _Lead and oversee Influencer strategy for projects and campaigns, from creative development to launch and messaging._
- _Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership to ensure the creative strategy (of influencer projects) aligns with the overall goals_
- _Manage relationships with Content Creators to support the production of compelling, engaging and authentic content and storytelling_
- _Ensure a diversity of perspectives and voices_
- _Build and design briefs for creators/influencers, and oversee the creative production process to make sure all work aligns with campaign objectives and delivered in a timely manner._
- _Maximise all year round visibility utilising gifting with micro influencers and driving the creation of user generated content_
- _For hero moments, maximise opportunity with all influencers and creators (which may include agencies) in alignment with Lush’s ethics and values_
- _Analyse creative trends that align with Lush’s brand and marketing strategy, particularly advancing the Community pillar of the strategy_
- _Lead on strategy and delivery for UK, while providing consultancy/direction for the global teams (priority Europe) and partnering with NA teams_
- _Gather data and insights for research, analysis and reflection/improvements, as well as monitoring the impact and financial return of influencer collaborations_
- _Support and collaborate with Social teams to react to and maximise cultural moments and moods, that align with anything relevant to Lush and key audience demographics._
- _Regular newsletters and product send-outs for campaigns and other opportunities - coordinate the execution of this with team members._
- _Support the global YouTube and Pinterest strategy with Content Creator opportunities_
- _Support and collaborate with Creative teams for the look and feel of a campaign_

**Strategic Thinking**: The capability to develop and lead influencer strategies that align with the brand's marketing objectives and values.

**Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, team members, and influencers.

**Data and Analytical Skills**: The knowledge of industry trends and the ability to gather and analyze data and insights from influencer collaborations to measure impact, ROI, and inform future strategies.

**Flexibility and Adaptability**: Being open to digital and technological developments and adapting strategies to suit changing market conditions.

**Collaboration**:Working collaboratively with various teams, such as social and creative, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across different channels.

**Feedback and Coaching**: Providing supportive and constructive feedback to influencers and team members and being receptive to acting on feedback for continuous improvement.

**Brand Alignment**: Able to identify and evaluate potential influencers based on their alignment with the brand's ethics and values and target audience.
