Description
Weare hiring for an Account Manager to join our UK Client Servicesteam. This role is tasked with delivering best in class clientservice; executing end to end influencer marketing campaigns acrossa variety of brands media agencies and platforms with a specificfocus on delivering branded content campaigns in partnership withour Platform Partners TikTok and Meta You will report directly toan Account Director assisting client growth and retention under theBusiness Director.
KeyResponsibilities:
Leaddaytoday management of creator and branded content campaigns with afocus on key social platforms including Instagram &TikTok.
Lead daytodaycampaign tasks including but not limited to: Creator sourcingnegotiation and contracting briefing content vetting golive andreporting.
Help to overseecampaign execution at a client level with support from the AccountDirector.
Support AccountDirector in client level communications helping to build and fosterstrong client relationships manage expectations and share updatesand actions.
Be the drivingforce on campaign timings creating timelines and ensuring that theclient creators and wider team are aware of key milestones anddelivery dates.
Oversee andmanage your respective campaigns via our platform Waves and otherplatforms such as TTCX and TTCM ensuring the wider team haveaccurately uploaded briefs content and organised creatorpayments.
Expert knowledgeof the creator community: responsible for building and nurturingrelationships with creators and managing comms with creators andtalent managementagencies.
Assist the AccountDirector on thought provoking creative strategy and campaignexecution tactics.
Lead oncreating Post Campaign Analysis reports demonstrating an ability toconvert data and campaign insights into key learnings &able to confidently present toclients

Requirements:
Severalyears working in an agency or brand within client servicesinfluencer marketing branded content advertising social mediaand/or creative
Experiencein account management and creatormanagement
Experience indelivering postcampaignanalysis
Experience inreviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with anunderstanding of usage and payment terms
High energy and ability tomultitask with a real ability to quickly prioritise across severalprojects
A proven teamplayer with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goalsand supporting the work ofothers
Able to build strongrapport and relationships both internally and externally
