Manufacturing Training Leader

**Your tasks**:

- Coordinate the development of the Manufacturing training team to align with business objectives and new technologies.
- Agree on individual performance targets and review performance against training objectives including the annual appraisal process for all team members.
- Ensure the team is aware of working towards key performance indicators and be audit ready.
- Coordinate certification and re-certification training with the Manufacturing training and leadership team.
- Monitor the Manufacturing training team to ensure training is delivered efficiently across the business.
- Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to the team or individuals as required.
- Support designing, testing, and evaluation of training materials and procedures to align with business needs.
- Represent the Assembly team on NPI and work closely with the NPI team to prepare procedures and ‘ways of working’ to meet the NPI demand.
- Review and assess training materials and procedures (e.g. Team Centre, Cebos & ClassMarker).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements is understood and achieved by all team members.
- Review and monitor training metrics, including category of training, compliance ratings, and NC rate for human error.

**Your profile**:

- Ideally one year’s experience of working in a result driven manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a Manufacturing environment, ideally supported by formal leadership training.
- Computer literate with good IT skills.
- To demonstrate an understanding of standard operating and company procedures.
- A high degree of verbal, numerical and mechanical reasoning ability.
- A high standard of written and spoken English, good communication and numerical skills and technical abilities.
