My client, an award-winning, innovative and people focused business, is seeking an efficient team player to support their Compliance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The objective of the Compliance Support role is to develop and maintain the companies IMC (integrated management system), ensuring continuous compliance for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and MCS.

It's a very exciting time to join such a renowned and progressive business with the opportunity to work from the Truro, Cornwall, or Exeter office. There is additionally an option work from home on a hybrid basis too (some days in the office is essential).

**What is on offer?**
- £23,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
- 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays, increasing after time served.

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or relevant transferable skills.
- Successful and demonstrable track record of delivering work to quality standards and meeting demands on time.
- Strong IT and communication skills alongside excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding/experience of Quality Management Systems and auditing techniques beneficial.
- Previous experience in Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) beneficial.

- Assist with the creation and documentation of workflows, procedures, policies, and quality checking activities.
- Publish and update IMS content and provide assistance to colleagues on how to use the management system.
- Support with internal and external audits and following up on findings.
- Assist with Root Cause Analysis and investigations of non-conformities, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of ISO 9001 and MCS, alongside an appreciation of ISO14001, ISO45001 and CDM2015 regulation.
