**About the role**

The Group Compliance team are recruiting for a Group Compliance Coordinator to work closely with our Group Head of IT & Compliance, Group Chief Technology Officer, Group Chief Customer Officer and corresponding teams on several key projects to aid in the coordination of contractual, legal and security compliance.

You will aid the Group Compliance Manager with several administrative tasks linked to our ISO 27001 accreditation and GDPR practices, as well as assisting in contractual negotiations with third party suppliers and customers and raising of ad hoc agreements.

This role is based at our offices in Stirling or Exeter, however we appreciate the importance of a positive work life balance and have a hybrid home and office working model.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the upkeep of our ISO 27001 accreditation by organising policy reviews
- Ensure the general upkeep of the ISMS by supporting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Assist in the upkeep and/or implementation of other Accreditations (including, but not limited to, Cyber Essentials, TISAX etc)
- Collaborate with other functions within the business to promote and raise awareness of compliance
- Provide administrative support to the Group Compliance Manager, Sales and Customer Success teams for customer contract negotiations
- Assist in the creation of new policies and procedures for ISO 27001 and GDPR practices
- Assist in contractual administration and management tasks relating to our customers, as well as third party suppliers and partners
- Build strong relationships with other areas of the business and assist in the management of key relationships with third party suppliers and partners
- Ad hoc compliance tasks

**You must have**:

- Experience in contract and security documentation
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or other Information Security Accreditations
- A good knowledge of GDPR Practices
- A highly organised approach, with a high level of attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A process driven approach, with the ability to follow, as well as implement, new processes within the business
