Band 5 Registered General Nurse – fast track compliance
Team Support Healthcare are currently recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses for our clients in Exeter.
Location – Exeter
Hours – Full-time and part-time hours available
Pay rate – £25 – 30 an hour / Varies on shift
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive assessments of patients nursing needs.
* Plan, implement and evaluate care delivery according to changing health needs.
* Collect and report information, maintaining accurate patient records in line with NMC recommendations and Trust policy.
* Participate in maintaining a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for all patients and carers.
* Involve patients and carers/family members in the planning and delivery of care.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure needs are met with care input and support for ongoing care needs.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and carers/family members consistent with their level of understanding and their culture.
* Respect confidential information obtained in professional practice and uphold the principles of Caldicott and the Data Protection Act.
* Complete documentation via the electronic patient record system in line with NMC guidelines
Essential requirements
* Be a NMC Registered Nurse.
* 6 Months recent relevant UK experience within the last 3 years.
* You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
