We are seeking a skilled Freight Compliance Administrator to join our team at Workingmums. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transportation of import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Freight Quote Management: Obtain and manage freight quotes to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize logistics costs.
  2. Shipping and Supplier Liaison: Liaise with shipping companies, suppliers, and customers to resolve compliance issues and facilitate smooth transportation operations.
  3. Customs Compliance: Communicate with customs agents to ensure accurate and timely clearance of shipments.
  4. Export License Management: Apply for and manage export licenses to ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of freight regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
