Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Our client is recruiting for a full-time permanent Customer Service Advisor, based in Epsom working for a UK based technology Company.

This role working as a Customer Service Advisor will provide first point contact and support for customers that could be in a difficult and/or vulnerable situation.

**Key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Filtering calls that are incoming and assessing each call in a timely and professional manner
- Dealing with calls/alarms and ensuring they are passed to the correct and most relevant emergency services
- Recording data onto the system against customer records in a timely manner
- Making decisions on the appropriate actions to take for calls that are incoming and outgoing
- Ensuring that the correct information is given to the emergency services, so they are able resolve and support incidents quickly
- Experience of dealing with customers over the phone in a professional manner
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Good at working with systems and MS Office
- Ability to adapt when working in a team environment

This role will involve working a set rolling shift pattern 4 days on, 4 days off, with a mixture of days and nights.
