Pricing & Sales Support Executive

**Our client is looking for a Pricing & Sales Support Executive to join their team based in West London.**
**The role**:
- Daily airline sales reports
- Providing assistance & analysis on all reports for the country manager and sales team
- Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone
- Supporting the airline country manager and sales team as required
- Liaising with Airlines' local management and head office
- Preparation of fare benchmarking for fare filing
- Preparation of fare filing sheets as requested by the airline's CM
- Assistance in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans and promotions
- Maintaining and increasing revenue and market share to meet annual targets
- Maintaining regular contact with travel trade partners and commercial companies
- Provide pricing and fare analysis for the client in the UK market
- Monitoring competitor activity in the market and provide feed-back to your Manager
- Support Management team in Marketing and all sales-related functions
- Providing sales support to the trade
- Preparation of route analysis data
- Daily and monthly airlines sales reports and reconciliation
**About you**:
- Minimum one year experience in an airline sales support / data analysis role
- GDS knowledge preferably Sabre an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sabre, DDS and eSmash
- Knowledge of airline reporting systems
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be customer focused, well presented and well spoken
- Good time management and organisational skills
**Package**:
- £28,000 - £30,000 (Experience depending)
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
