Are you looking for a Temporary role in the heart of Bristol. We have a great opportunity to work witihin in a modern office. The assignment is really varied, and you will be working within a very friendly and supportive team.
**Duties will include**:
- Managing reception, welcoming visitors, and clients
- Ordering office supplies
- Facilities management
- Keeping the reception area tidy and unloading the dishwasher, organising the recycling
- Organising catering and refreshments for meetings
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Booking hotels and taxi's
- Dealing with the post and courier services
**Experience Required**:
- Previous Reception experience and customer service experience is essential
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Strong IT skills including MS office, Including Excel
