**About The Role**:
RAC have a new opportunity for a Reception Handler on a 6-month FTC based in our Bradley Stoke office. The role will be taking inbound calls from customers and supporting the Legal Advisory team to meet levels of service and business objectives, in line with internal policies and procedures and within regulatory framework for conduct of business

You will be handling calls from both internal and external customers and will be expected to show empathy and objection handle customer queries. We require an excellent eye for detail as it is essential there is an accurate audit trail for every case that is processed.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri -between 9am to 6pm, shift pattern to be agreed.

What you will do- Accurately record personal details on RAC systems and ensure that all activity is logged on the relevant case management system. Any call-backs are processed quickly and efficiently in line with service level agreements.-
- Validate LEI policies using various means to support the Legal Advisors with their call backs.-
- Assist with administration tasks such as collating, keying and maintenance of management information including the validation of relevant policy information

**Qualifications**:
The successful person will have a working knowledge of legal and insurance queries in a financial services team and have experience of working within a call centre and handling queries over the telephone. You will be expected to provide communication both written and oral and have a good understanding of Microsoft packages.
