As the HR Advisor your tasks will include:

- Preparing employment contracts, employee handbooks, variations and legal updates.
- Assisting with discipline and grievance meetings.
- Supporting the HR consultancy team with recruitment activities.
- Carrying out visits at customer sites.
- Undertaking HR project assignments as required.

The HR Advisor will have the following skills and experience:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polite telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Qualified CIPD Level 5 or 7, or HR related degree or qualification is essential.
- A sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice and knowledge of employment law is desirable.
- Previous experience working within an HR function and dealing with a wide range of employee issues, is essential.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.

Working hours are flexible and will be agreed on appointment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
