Currently working with a great company in a newly created position working as an Assistant Complaints Administrator. This is an established company who really value their employees, based in Milton Keynes.

**The Role**:

- Assist with complaint cases administration
- Support the investigation team with any admin required
- As and when required assist with project work
- Set up new cases
- Produce reports/letters
- Support departments with scanning/post

**Experience**:

- Great attention to detail
- Experience of dealing with processes
- Previously worked in an admin based role
- Experience working in a complaints based role
