Job Details

At NHBC, we are looking for an experienced Complaints Root Cause Expert to join our Consumer Affairs Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving good consumer outcomes through root cause analysis and analytical consumer end-to-end journey reviews.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify trends and patterns in complaints data.
  • Analyse consumer end-to-end journeys to ensure seamless interactions with our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaint cause data to inform business decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Highly organised and able to work collaboratively on projects.
  • Ability to adapt easily to change.
