Job Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring full compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards across the group. As a key member of the quality team, you will support the Group Quality Manager and business in maintaining site standards, troubleshooting incidents, and identifying root causes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure safety of the quality team by maintaining and improving safety processes
* Work closely with key stakeholders to set site standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Investigate and troubleshoot quality incidents and issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
* Develop and implement process controls to drive improvement in product quality, food safety, and site standards
* Participate in Quality Committee and Quality TRACC activities as part of site continuous improvement programmes
