**Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm**
**Hybrid: working 2 days from home**

The Systems and Data Administrator is responsible for maintenance of the internal system to gather and analyse reports and data relating to the performance on various accounts.

The role is a collaborative one, that will work with colleagues to review our systems and services to identify improvements and assist with the delivery and implementation of these.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending product advisory meetings.
- Onboarding new clients on to the system.
- Supporting new client set ups on the system.
- Setting up reports and analysis of data.
- Complete Month End reporting for all clients.
- Assisting the Sales Team with any client stats they require ahead of meetings or tender deadline.
- Progressing automation and improvements on the internal system.
- Liaising with clients, helping ensure that they are getting the most from their internal systems.
- Assisting the Bid Team with tender submissions.
- Liaising with external system providers.
- Have at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Time Management.
- Excellent communication.
- Organisation.
- Critical and Analytical thinking.
