**Teaching Programmes Administrator**

Grade UE05 - £25,742 - £29,605 per annum

College of Science and Engineering - School of Mathematics

Open Ended - Full time - 35 hours per week

Applications are invited for this challenging and varied position within The School of Mathematics. Based within the Mathematics Teaching Organisation (MTO), comprising the Teaching Organisation Manager, Deputy Teaching Organisation Manager and 6 Teaching Administrators, who co-ordinate the administration for Undergraduate and PGT programmes/courses. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and well-organised team-player, to be responsible for providing administrative support for designated undergraduate/postgraduate teaching programmes and courses.

You will have excellent IT, organisational, communication and customer service skills, a commitment to providing a first-class service to staff and students and relevant experience in an administrative support role.

The School is situated in the James Clerk Maxwell Building within the King's Buildings campus. We have approximately 1000 students on our undergraduate programmes, spread across five-year groups, and we welcome approximately 250 MSc students every year.
