The University of Edinburgh is seeking to appoint an individual to work within the Informatics Teaching Organisation, providing excellent administrative support to academic staff delivering the portfolio of courses within the School of Informatics and to all students on taught Informatics programmes and courses.

**The Opportunity**:
This post focuses primarily on course and programme administration for year 3 of undergraduate programmes, supporting students in the junior honours year.

Today the School of Informatics continues to be a global leader, as the biggest research and teaching establishment of its kind in the UK, and widely regarded as one of the foremost centres of Informatics expertise in the world.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**

**ESSENTIAL**
- Educated to a minimum of HNC level or equivalent
- Experience of committee servicing/minute-taking
- Evidence of numeracy skills
- Flexible, organised and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
