Co-ordinate ad-hoc and / or regular reports and presentation; Support the Senior Project Manager and wider team with projects within the project framework and governance structure; Support the team to ensure the project portfolio of tasks is planned, managed and delivered effectively; Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents and generate reports; Monitor, record and report actions & risks to the Senior Project Manager as required; Ensure effective communication across the team in understanding timescales and milestones which impact the project plan; Assign tasks to team members, help them understand what's expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables; Act as a reference point for project queries; Develop and maintain effective relationships with our project clients, member practices and key stakeholders; Liaison with a wide range of clinical, administrative and managerial staff to support the delivery of projects; To work as part of the wider team, to review working practices and suggest improvements, ensuring continual quality improvement; Required to comply with all relevant national and local statutory and mandatory requirements including Health and Safety, Infection Control. Ensuring Nimbuscare policies and procedures are used, monitored and maintained within the project team.
