The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to provide Operational project coordination, logistics and general administrative support. You will collaborate on cross-functional operations supporting our partners in Engineering, IT, and Security organisations to improve employee experience, process efficiencies, and effectiveness.

Your strong communications and organisational skills and your ability to adapt and multi-task will help you be successful. Being able to manage your workload by prioritising work and ensuring deadlines are met in a dynamic environment is key to this role.

**Your Impact**:

- Coordinate org-level meetings and events and provide logístical support.
- Execute on operational projects for the org.
- Work with VPs to ensure time and schedule management needs are met in an effective manner.
- Work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Organize information and maintain required confidentiality.
- Manage your workload, prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in the coordination and management of projects, ensuring their successful completion within set timelines and budgets.
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in developing communications materials and in on-boarding new employees.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, in the technology industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and expertise with Outlook preferred; previous experience with calendar management and scheduling
