We're working with an established treatment centre in Stroud, who have a national and international reputation as a centre of excellence. Providing a service to over 1200 clients every year, working with local communities to make change possible.
They are seeking a Hr Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. The HR Administrator will support the Front Office and HR team to set up and maintain effective administration systems.
The HR Administrator will be based within a small team, dealing with clients, members of the public and staff at all levels.
**Responsibilities**:
- End to end HR administration processes of the employee lifecycle
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and offer support to colleagues
- Maintain accurate employee information and records on the HR people system
- Co-ordinate and provide reference requests for current and ex-employees
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
**Skills/ Experience**:
- HR/ Payroll experience
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- A team player
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Word and IT skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good investigative and query handling skills
