Role Overview: As a Workplace Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function. You will be responsible for managing employee records, providing administrative support to HR activities, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
* Provide administrative support to HR activities, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
* Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
* Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and recommendations.

Requirements:
* Generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
* Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 per annum.
