Job Description
  • To assist in the organisation and management of elections, referenda, and by-elections.
  • To help develop initiatives to encourage resident participation in the democratic process.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the democratic process. They will be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant subject such as politics, sociology or law.
  • Experience of working in a democratic environment, preferably in a local authority setting.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
