Our client, an award-winning business, with enviable credentials are looking for a People Administrator to join their team on a permanent bases. Based in Stroud, with flexible working on offer our client are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills, someone who is not afraid of being the face of the team.

Your key responsibilities as a People Administrator will involve:
- Providing a wide range of accurate administrative support through the people team
- Monitor and manage all elements of the people service: Providing support to starters, processing leavers, dealing with changes to terms and conditions of employment and so on
- Escalate any issues to the relevant department: Employee relations, People Services Managers.
- Support with note take on meetings as and when required.
- Up date people records, payroll systems ad trackers accurately and to a high standard
What you will bring to this role:
- Exceptional communication skills: Written and Verbal
- Previous HR/People administration experience
- Proven experience within an admin-based role.
- The ability to plan, manage and organise to a high standard.
- Holding a certificate level qualification in HR would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
