Job Title ; Administration and Sales

Job Summary:
This role is perfect for someone who is a highly efficient organised people’s person, has initiative, is resourceful, enjoys selling and wants to be part of a beautiful socially responsible fashion business. Shibumi is an established boutique brand and a fabulous new person is required to manage the office and enjoy face to face customer service and after sales.

About the role: Working hours: 5 days a week 9.30 - 5.30, With half hour lunch break. Mon - Friday. Occasional weekend work when required. Salary : £30,000 per annum plus commission

Your role will include but not be limited to ;
General Administration

Creating sales

Marketing and PR ( desirable )

Proficient use of Apple Mac, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop/illustrator )

Website management CMS

Stock Control

Taking orders

Arrange appointments

Content writing/editing

Selling in the showroom

Where will they be working:
At Shibumi office and showroom in Horsley, Gloucestershire. Shows and events when required.

Our wish is to inspire you to wear beautiful outfits casually as well as just for special occasions. We sell at shows, have a showroom and are online. We have a global customer base with stretching from across Europe to Asia, America, Australia and beyond. Our company has a passionate social responsibility ethic giving a percentage of our sales to global charities. Our manufacturing is done in our studio in India and here in the UK. We care about what we do and all orders are packed with love.

**Salary**: £29,500.00 per year
