**Receptionist / Office Administrator**
**Monday to Friday - 0900-1730**
We are currently seeking an temp office administrator to join us for the Summer. This role will involve answering the phones, general office duties and supporting sales administration.
**Please note that due to location it is vital that you can drive and have your own transport - free parking is available on site.**

- Answering calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Sales related administration as required.
- General office duties as required.
**About you**
- Excellent telephone manner - polite, professional and courteous at all times
- Confident dealing with customers and demonstrates good customer service skills
- Organised, punctual and reliable
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise and multitask
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including excel.
- Some experience of purchasing with an interest in procurement is desirable
