Job Title: HR Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Consultant to join our team at First Base. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a valued and trusted generalist HR function, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of people management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of HR services to support the business objectives of First Base.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, HR policies, and procedures.
* Oversee the administration of employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
* Conduct research and investigations to inform HR decisions and recommendations.
* Chair and minute meetings, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance review meetings.

Requirements:
* Generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
* Good working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,500 per annum.
