Administration Assistant

Maybern is seeking an Administation Assistant to join the team based in our Rawtenstall office. _Preferably_ you will have previous experience in an office role in the property or construction sector but not essential.
The role will involve the following:
- Research, report drafting and proof-reading tasks for senior staff.
- Monitoring of live jobs and ensuring filing systems are up to date.
- Management of the monthly invoicing process alongside senior staff.
- Control the company social media accounts, posting of updates and the occasional preparation of press releases.
- General office management duties.
We are looking for someone to join us for at least 3 days per week but this is flexible.
Salary to be pro-rata'd.
Further benefits are private health insurance, contributory pension scheme and 25 days paid annual leave pro-rata'd (plus bank holidays).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: £20,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
