Role - Tuesday - Thursday, 3 days, in house accounts administrator

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile financial statements and reconcile the bank
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments, chase payments for overdue invoices

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
