As a busy independent corporate travel agency we are looking to recruit an administrative assistant to join our team and assist in all admin areas as required.

Solid general computer Skills (training will be provided for our system/s)

Excellent Organisational Skills

A Good Telephone Manner

Good Communication skills at all levels

**Requirements:

- Good organisational skills
- Excellent professional and confident telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail.
- Methodical with ability to organise and prioritize.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start. Previous experience as an office admin assistant is essential, previous experience within the travel industry is desirable but full training will be provided.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
