Operations Administrator

ATIC Group Limited specialise in the Design, Supply and Installation of furniture for Education, Offices, Hotels, Care homes, Bars, Restaurants and Hospitals.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This position requires proficiency in microsoft, office administration, and strong organisational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Manage and maintain company records and databases
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management and ordering materials
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a plus
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
